Your custom digital character is usually delivered within 48 hours after we receive a usable photo and your order details.

Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods, holidays, or if we need to contact you for a clearer photo.

Minor revisions may include small adjustments such as:

• Small hairstyle or outfit detail fixes
• Minor accessory adjustments

Major redesigns, changing to a different person, changing the full outfit, changing the full style, or using a new photo may require an additional fee.

Because this is a custom digital product made specifically for you, cancellations are only available before production begins.

Once production has started, the order cannot normally be canceled or refunded. If we are unable to complete your order due to a production issue on our side, we will provide an appropriate resolution.

Your uploaded photo is used only to create your order unless you separately give us permission to use it for marketing, examples, social media, or promotional purposes.

We will not intentionally publish or display your personal photo as a customer example without permission. For photos of children or minors, the person placing the order must be the parent, legal guardian, or otherwise authorized to submit and use the image.

Your purchase includes personal use and personal social media use.

You may use your character for personal profile pictures, personal social media accounts, personal messaging, personal digital sharing, and gifts for friends and family.

Commercial resale, merchandise production, logo use, redistribution, resale of the digital file, or commercial licensing is not included unless separately agreed.
