Last updated: July 30, 2026

Jumpios.com (“Jumpios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an online store selling inflatable bounce houses, water slides, and related physical products. Shopify provides our ecommerce platform. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit the site, place an order, receive a delivery, request a return or warranty remedy, contact support, or interact with our marketing.

Information We Collect

We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, account information, communication preferences, products viewed or purchased, order number, price, discounts, payment status, taxes, shipping method, tracking and delivery status, returns, refunds, warranty requests, and communications. Payments are generally processed by Shopify and payment providers; Jumpios does not ordinarily receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

For customer service, returns, transit-damage reports, safety inquiries, or warranty claims, we may collect messages and photographs or videos of the product, packaging, shipping label, installation area, or reported issue. Please do not include people or unrelated personal information unless reasonably necessary.

We and our service providers may automatically collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser, device, operating system, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, links clicked, cart activity, referring website, approximate location, and visit times.

How We Use Information

We use personal information to operate the store; process orders and payments; calculate taxes and shipping; arrange fulfillment, delivery and tracking; handle returns, refunds, parts and warranty support; communicate with customers; prevent fraud; maintain records; improve the website; measure performance; provide permitted marketing; protect rights and safety; and comply with law.

How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to Shopify; payment processors; warehouses, suppliers, fulfillment providers and shipping carriers; email, customer-support, review, analytics, advertising, fraud-prevention, hosting, security and professional-service providers; authorities when legally required; and parties involved in a business transaction. Providers receive information reasonably necessary to perform their role.

Cookie, browsing, advertising, or purchase information disclosed to analytics or advertising partners may be considered “selling,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws even when no money is exchanged. We do not sell personal information for money.

Cookies, Analytics, and Marketing

We, Shopify, and service providers use cookies and similar technologies for essential store and checkout functions, security, preferences, analytics, performance, advertising, and referral attribution. Available choices may be managed through our cookie banner, Your Privacy Choices page, browser or device settings, and other privacy tools. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails; transactional order and support messages may continue.

Legal Bases

Where applicable, we process information to perform a contract, pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing the business, comply with legal obligations, protect rights and safety, or act on consent.

Retention and Security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for orders, fulfillment, support, warranty administration, accounting, fraud prevention, security, disputes, and legal obligations. Historical records from discontinued services may be retained only where reasonably necessary for these purposes and handled under this policy.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. Do not send complete card numbers, passwords, or sensitive identity documents by email.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; withdraw consent; opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing; and appeal a denied request. We may need to verify identity and authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.

Children

Our store is intended for adults purchasing consumer products and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the store.

International Processing and Third Parties

Jumpios and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries where Shopify or our providers operate. Third-party services and websites have their own privacy practices.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in products, providers, technology, business practices, or legal obligations. We will revise the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice when required.
