These Terms govern your use of Jumpios.com and purchases of personalized digital products from Jumpios. By visiting the site, creating an account, submitting content, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on the site.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to place an order. You are responsible for accurate information, account security, and activity through your account.

2. Digital Products and Services

Jumpios offers personalized digital products including portraits, avatars, stickers, GIFs, animations, and related files. Product pages define the included style, output, file format, dimensions, quantity, delivery estimate, and revision allowance. Personalized artwork is an artistic interpretation and is not guaranteed to reproduce every source-photo detail unless expressly stated.

We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, or discontinue a product. If we cancel a paid order because we cannot fulfill it, we will refund the affected amount.

3. Prices, Payment, and Taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change before purchase. Applicable taxes and charges are displayed at checkout when available. Contact us if you believe a duplicate charge occurred.

4. Customer-Uploaded Content

You retain your rights in submitted photos, images, instructions, names, and other content. You grant Jumpios and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, modify, and use that content only as reasonably necessary to create and deliver the purchased product, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain required records, and comply with law.

You represent that you own the submitted content or have all required permissions. If content depicts a child, you represent that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian or have their authorization. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, exploitative, infringing, deceptive, sexually explicit, or privacy-violating content. Non-public customer photos or personalized results will not be used publicly for advertising or portfolio purposes without separate permission.

5. Personalized Orders

You are responsible for selecting the correct product and submitting clear, usable source material and accurate instructions. Delivery estimates begin only after we receive all required information and usable files. Additional revisions or changes outside the purchased scope may require a new order or additional charge.

Digital orders are non-returnable and normally non-refundable once production begins or a file is delivered, except as required by law or described in our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Jumpios name, logos, site design, original text, graphics, and product presentations are owned by Jumpios or its licensors. Unless the product page or a separate written agreement grants broader rights, purchased deliverables are licensed for the customer’s personal use. No rights in third-party trademarks, characters, personalities, or copyrighted works are transferred.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use the site to violate law, infringe rights, transmit malware, interfere with security, collect information without authorization, make fraudulent purchases, abuse promotions, impersonate others, or attempt unauthorized access.

8. Third-Party Services

The site may rely on Shopify and third-party payment, upload, analytics, creative-production, email, review, and support providers. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices.

9. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, exact likeness, or suitability for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jumpios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, loss of use, or business interruption. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the digital product giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these Terms. Material changes will not retroactively reduce rights for an order already placed unless required by law or accepted by you. These Terms are governed by laws applicable to the seller and transaction without limiting mandatory consumer protections where you live.

12. Severability and Contact

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. These Terms, the order confirmation, product page, and incorporated policies form the agreement concerning your purchase. Questions may be sent to jasmine@jumpios.com.
