These Terms govern your use of Jumpios.com and purchases of inflatable bounce houses, water slides, and related physical products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on the site.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to place an order. You are responsible for accurate information, account security, and activity through your account.

Products and Information

We try to describe products, dimensions, included accessories, colors, features, and intended use accurately. Display settings, photography, manufacturing changes, and reasonable measurement variation may affect appearance or specifications. Product pages, manuals, labels, warnings, and included instructions form part of the product information and must be reviewed before use.

We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, or discontinue a product. If we cancel a paid order because we cannot fulfill it, we will refund the affected amount.

Orders, Prices, Payment, and Taxes

An order is an offer to purchase and is subject to acceptance, payment verification, availability, and fraud review. Prices may change before purchase. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout when available. Contact us promptly to request cancellation or an address correction; changes are not guaranteed after processing or shipment begins.

Shipping, Returns, and Warranty

Shipping is limited to the contiguous United States. Eligible in-stock orders are estimated to arrive within 10 business days after acceptance and payment confirmation, subject to the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Eligible unused products may be returned within 7 calendar days after confirmed delivery under the Return, Refund & Limited Warranty Policy. Eligible inflatable products include a 90-day limited warranty from confirmed delivery against verified defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and proper care. Complete eligibility, exclusions, claim procedures, and remedies are stated in that policy.

Safe Setup and Use

Inflatable products must be inspected, installed, anchored, powered, operated, supervised, cleaned, dried, folded, and stored exactly as directed by the product manual, labels, and warnings. Do not use a product that is damaged, missing a required part, improperly anchored, or not operating normally.

Responsible adult setup and continuous adult supervision are required whenever children use an inflatable. Follow all age, height, weight, occupancy, spacing, and activity restrictions. Keep users away from the blower, power cord, inflation tube, anchors, walls, obstacles, water hazards, traffic, heat, and sharp objects.

Use only compatible electrical equipment and properly grounded outlets and protection as instructed. Keep electrical components away from water unless expressly permitted. Never modify the blower, cord, plug, anchoring system, or inflatable structure.

Do not set up or use an inflatable during high winds, thunderstorms, lightning, heavy rain, flooding, or other unsafe conditions. Stop use, remove users, deflate, and secure the product when conditions become unsafe. Water features may be used only as expressly directed.

Customer Responsibility

The purchaser is responsible for selecting an appropriate product and safe site; reading and keeping all instructions; checking the product before each use; following setup, anchoring, electrical, supervision, capacity, weather, cleaning, and storage requirements; and preventing unsafe use. Information, photographs, or videos submitted for support must be accurate and must not violate another person's rights.

Intellectual Property and Site Use

The Jumpios name, logos, website design, original text, graphics, photographs, product presentations, and other site materials are owned by Jumpios or used with permission. You may use the site for personal shopping and information. You may not copy, scrape, republish, sell, misuse, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the site or its content.

Third-Party Services

The site relies on Shopify and may use third-party payment, fulfillment, shipping, review, analytics, advertising, security, and support services. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jumpios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, loss of use, or business interruption. Total liability for a claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

Changes and Severability

We may update these Terms. Material changes will not retroactively reduce rights for an order already placed unless required by law or accepted by you. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
