Digital Delivery Policy

This policy applies to personalized digital products purchased from Jumpios.com.
1. Electronic Delivery
Personalized digital products are delivered electronically. No tangible item is included with a digital-product order.
2. Production and Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page and may vary during busy periods. Timing begins after payment is accepted and Jumpios receives all required, usable customer photos, selections, and instructions. If information or source files are missing or unusable, the estimate may pause until the customer responds.
3. Delivery Methods
Digital files may be delivered by email, download link, customer account, or another electronic method identified during checkout or on the product page.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing a correct email address, checking spam or junk folders, and downloading files before any stated link expiration. Please keep a backup of downloaded files.
5. Delivery or File-Access Problems
If you do not receive the expected delivery notice, cannot access a delivered file, or receive a missing, corrupted, or unsupported file, contact jasmine@jumpios.com with your order number. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, resend the delivery link, correct the file, or provide another remedy under our Return and Refund Policy.
